Information note for media accreditation
4-5 December 2025, Olympic flame
- On the occasion of the events that will take place on 4 and 5 December, for the handover and the beginning of the Olympic Flame’s journey (Olympic Winter Games, Milano-Cortina 2026), please note the following:
- For the Olympic Flame Handover Ceremony, which will be held in the Vetrata del Cortile d’Onore del Palazzo del Quirinale (the Glass Pavilion in the Main Courtyard of the Quirinale Palace) on 4 December at 6:00 p.m., only official media will be allowed entry.
- For the Ceremony inaugurating the beginning of the Olympic Flame’s journey, which will be held in Piazza del Quirinale on 5 December at 11:00 a.m., designated areas will be set up for the media, with access allowed from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Rai will provide a continuous broadcast signal for television networks.
