The 16th informal meeting of the Arraiolos Group will take place in Italy on September 15, 2021. The Presidents of the 15 European Union (EU) Member States will be meeting all together in Italy to discuss the current issues of Europe. The events will be organised in Rome, Quirinale Palace.
The Arraiolos Group is a meeting of the Presidents of the EU Member States, where traditionally the Presidents of parliamentary republics, whose duties do not include executive functions, participate. Following the incentive of then-President of Portugal Jorge Sampaio, the first group meeting took place in the Portuguese town of Arraiolos in 2003.

Media outlets requiring accreditation for the coverage of the Press Statements - that will take place in the afternoon of September 15 - are kindly asked to send the following information, regarding each person to be accredited, to the e-mail address ([email protected]), or through the official website. Accreditations may be requested no later than August 25.

For organisational reasons, at the end of the press statements, the accredited media/press is kindly invited to leave the Quirinale Palace.
